Midpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing (MCFH,) a well established fair housing agency on the Peninsula merged with ECHO. The merger was completed on September 13, 2005. ECHO is a publicly supported, nonprofit housing counseling agency established to provide comprehensive housing counseling services and promote equal housing opportunities to residents of Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
